As a logistics load manager with Walmart in Grove City, Ohio, Patrick Pristas heads delivery routing and oversees driver dispatch for the organization’s comprehensive distribution channels. Throughout his year in this position, he has streamlined logistics operations to more effectively allocate company resources and reduce overall company costs. Patrick Pristas formerly served Walmart for 4 years as an area manger in Searcy, Arkansas. A Six Sigma black belt, he instituted lean processes to improve several sectors of the Searcy Walmart facility.
Before joining the Walmart team in 2015, Patrick Pristas lived in Atlanta, Georgia, where he served tenures as a project manager with Access Information Management and an operations manager with Cintas. He holds a master of business administration from the University of Arkansas and a bachelor of science in biology from Ohio University.
In his free time, Mr. Pristas stays fit by running. He also enjoys fine dining and good wine, and is an avid sports fan who closely follows Cleveland teams.
